Rasa News Agency Reports – In an Interview with Rasa, an Egyptian Shia lawyer, Damdarash al-Aqali mentioned the efforts made by Ayatollah Khamenei for the continuation of the Islamic Revolution and said: “Ayatollah Khamenei has followed the path of Imam Khomeini quite well and deepened it. Thus the people figured out that the revolution of [Imam] Khomeini is not mortal but a reality which always continues.”
“The honor and dignity of the Islamic revolution of Iran with the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei proved to the world that the principle of Imam Khomeini is true.” Added the lawyer.
Stressing out that the Muslims must speak to the US from a position of power he added: “Imam Khamenei truly damaged the arrogant powers and made them so weak that [now] Muslims [can] speak to the US from a position of power.”
“The Islamic Republic of Iran stands against the US and is not afraid of the arrogant powers base on the verses of the holy Quran. America has illegal demands that you need to stand against them. Muslims should be vigilant and shorten the hands of US that are stealing the wealth of the Islamic countries.” He continued.
He considered obeying the supreme leader as the most important reason for the victory and success of the Islamic Republic of Iran and insisted: “Wisdom, patience, resistance, and obeying the supreme leader are the most important factors for the continuous success of Iran. One cannot have success without obeying the Imam (Leader), because God has demanded us to obey a supreme leader.”
Al-Aqali claimed that obeying the supreme leader is a compulsory and said: “Obeying an Imam (Leader) who has the knowledge of Quran is one of the basics of success. I hope that the Muslim nations could appreciate the value of the supreme leader and I pray that God make it possible for me to meet Ayatollah Khamenei one day.”
“Imam Khomeini came to spread the light of certainty across the world. No matter how much the people talk about the goodness of Imam [Khomeini], they cannot appreciate the efforts he made [the way he deserves it].” He indicated.
“While the world was talking about Islam like a failed religion, Imam Khomeini came to once again revive this religion and turn it into a power in the world. This became a grudge and hatred in the heart of the Takfiri’s (excommunicators) and now we can witness the effects of this grudge in Iraq and Syria.” He said at the end.
