RNA - Hujjat al-Islam Ali al-Najafi, the son and head of the office of Grand Ayatollah Bashir al-Najafi in the holy Iraqi city of Najaf, stressed the need to continue the special Ramadhan assistance to poor families.
Hujjat al-Islam Ali al-Najafi stressed that more than 8,200 Iraqi families have benefited from the special Ramadhan assistance and food baskets so far and that efforts are expected to be redoubled.
His Eminence added, “The Anwar Institute, affiliated with Ayatollah al-Najafi, has launched campaigns to distribute special assistance during the holy month of Ramadhan.”
He continued, “These campaigns have started their work from Basrah to Najaf, the site of the Anwar Institute.”
The Religious Propaganda Unit affiliated with the Religious Affairs Office of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali has published special publications for the holy month of Ramadhan.
According to this report, these publications will be provided free of charge to seminaries, religious institutions and believers.
