Rasa News Agency Reports – In a meeting with the members of Imam Musa Al-Sadr Research Center, one of the Islamic jurists, Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani mentioned the magnificence of the Al-Sadr family and said: “The Al-Sadr family has presented so many grand scholars to the Islamic society."
“The Al-Sadr family also has a bright political, cultural and social background” he added.
Mentioning that the Imam filled the existence vacuum of Sharaf al-Din quite well, the jurist said: “The current resistance and Hezbollah movement in Lebanon is a continuation of Imam Musa Al-Sadr movement”.
Imam Musa Al-Sadr actions are not just political.
Stressing that Imam Musa Al-Sadr actions were not just political ones, Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani said: “Imam Musa Al-Sadr well served in making jobs, establishing orphanages and different types of cultural actions”.
He then mentioned the Islamic resistance in the region and Iran’s role in them and declared: “In confronting the Iranian role [in the Islamic Awakening], the enemy has been after deviating the regional Islamic Awakening and Shiite phobia and they have done a lot to achieve this goal”.
The Libyan government is after closing the Imam Musa Al-Sadr case.
Also in the meeting the daughter of Imam Musa Al-Sadr mentioned the situation of Imam Musa Al-Sadr saying: “Unfortunately, today after the recent events in Libya there is a bad atmosphere there and the Libyan government and the Gaddafi cooperators are willing to close the Imam’s court case. Thus they publish false news every day and the main stream media adds other details to it, that all of them are false and baseless”.
“What we are sure about is that Imam Musa Al-Sadr has been alive years after being jailed and has been experiencing so many prisons”.
Hura Al-Sadr also mentioned that a Lebanese committee with the cooperation of the Libyan government are taking some actions to reveal Imam al-Sadr status quo and indicated: “The Imam’s prison guards have said that he has been in prison but they have had no communications with him and they just knew that the Imam is there and after a while the Imam had moved to another prison”.
