Rasa News Agency Reports – The Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, Nikolai Patrushev announced that the Israeli air strike over Syria have aggravated the situation of the region.
In a press conference after the meeting with Alexander Lukashenko, the Belarusian president in the city of Minsk, Nikolai Patrushev said: "We should get back to the political-diplomatic solution and this is the only way that can solve the problems in the Middle East".
The Secretary of the Security Council of Russia added: "Perhaps the Israeli officials think that they can provide their own security by an air strike over Syria, but they should understand that they cannot provide their own security by harming others security. This is not a good thing; because Israel's attack to the Damascus suburbs, have not only killed the Syrian army but also a big number of civilians.
Alexander Lukashenko, the official spokesman of the Russian ministry of foreign affairs expressed his concern for the consequences of the Israeli air strike over the Syrian territory and said that there are signs of preparation of the international community for a military intervention in the Syrian conflict that is very much concerning.
