Rasa – Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani, a noted exegist of the Holy Quran, has explained the divine message of the Chapter "at- Tariq " and how it applies to the modern world in which the enemies of Islam and the glorious Islamic Revolution plan against us, but God says that He too is planning and that the believers will be victorious.
