Rasa - Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Reza Taghavi, the leader of the Policy Council of Friday Prayers’ Leaders, spoke to a gathering of seminarians and scholars from the seminaries of the province of Tehran about the importance of hijab. He stressed that hijab is a duty of Islam and a method of showing respect for [Islamic] law in which there is much divine blessings.
