Rasa News Agency reports - Today, Ayatollah Hossein Nouri-Hamadani discussed a reference to the loftiness of the words of Imam Ali (A) in “Nahj al-Balaghah” (The Peak of Eloquence) in his advanced Islamic jurisprudence class which was held at the ‘Azam Mosque in Qom. He explained that the issue of “tawalla” (loving the Ahlul-Bayt) and “tabarra” (disassociation from the enemies of God, the Prophet Muhammad, and the Ahlul-Bayt) and is a very important issue in the religion of Islam.
He also condemned the recent remarks made by Barack Obama and Benyamin Netanyahu in regards to the Islamic Republic of Iran, saying: “[the United States and Israel] are the biggest human rights violators and the greatest supporters of terrorism and terrorist groups, and they have the nerve to call the Islamic Republic of Iran, Syria, Hezbollah and the Islamic Resistance terrorists!”
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani continued to condemn these powers by stating: “[the United States and Israel] have the largest nuclear arsenals and most of the weapons of mass destruction in the world and they have killed scores of innocent human beings. This is clear for all to see! Iran only wants its right to enrichment, and all nuclear centres shut down.”
He added: “people must be aware of their enemies and their schemes and must know that our enemies have a deep-seated hostility with us.”
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani stressed upon the Islamic social obligations of enjoining the good, and fighting against oppressors and idolaters. He explained that confining the religion of Islam, which includes various aspects, is a great injustice to the aspects of ethics and worship in Islam.
