Ayatollah Ka’bi meets with Pakistani clerics

Rasa News Agency reports - Ayatollah Abbas Ka’bi, one of the outstanding teachers of the Qom Seminary, spoke to members of the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan (MWM) in a meeting held on Sunday night. He discussed the vital necessity of unity in the Islamic world.

He emphasised the importance of the path of the Ahlul-Bayt (A) and stated that if we hold firm to the school of the Ahlul-Bayt (A) our success is guaranteed. Scientific progress is based on the path of knowledge, which is one of the axes of the school of the Ahlul-Bayt (A).

The media also has an important role in the propagation of Islam and Ayatollah Ka’bi explained that Shi’ite-based media, especially programs about the tragedy of Imam Husayn (A) has a special role in preaching, guidance, and the explanation of ethical rules. It is a way to cause Islam to flourish and combat our enemies.

The Indian subcontinent is one of the most important and strategic areas in the region, and even the world. We must create a knowledge revival in order to introduce the school of the pure Ahlul-Bayt (A) in the region.

Ayatollah Ka’bi also discussed the Zionist-Takfiri threats to Muslim unity saying that we must unite against our enemies in order to foil their plots. We must hold firm to the message that Imam Husayn (A) taught us through the tragedy of Karbala.

The Takfiris are becoming isolated and the school of the Ahlul-Bayt (A) is expanding, because of Muslim steadfastness to the message of Ashura. Excellent ethics and morals are an important tool to spread the work of the Ahlul-Bayt (A).

He explained that the violent extremism of the Takfiris is completely against the true path of Islam, that of the Prophet Muhammad (S) and his Holy Household (A). The Takfiris misuse the term “jihad” and their terrorism and ignorance is the main cause of the defamation of Islam in the world.

Washington and London are also attempting to create divisions in Islam and we must not allow them. This can be done by uniting and the Western culture, neo-colonialism, and secularism, and holding firm to Wilayat al-Faqih. The Americans are supporting the Takfiris openly.

Islamic resistance means that we preserve our religious identities and we are proud to stand against our enemies and not melt into their corrupt culture. We need to revive the Islamic Ummah, which cannot be done without faith, knowledge, piety, self-confidence, strength and stamina in religious thinking and perseverance against our enemies.

Over the last 35 years, not only in Iran but also in the whole region, we have made very good progress based on the pattern of Hezbollah, faith, spirituality, and trust in God.
