RNA – Speaking at the first session of the Supreme Judicial Council of new Iranian year 1395, Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli-Larijani referred to the remarks made by the Supreme Leader during his speech marking the beginning of the year, and called on the people and officials to pay attention to the principles of the resistance economy.
Iran’s Chief Justice warned against the Americans’ broken promises and double-edged invitations to go along with them and to surrender to their demands or to accept their pressures and threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He added that this fact has proved for us that the only way to progress is not to surrender to the US governments’ pressures and threats.
He called for the pursuit of dignity, national sovereignty and the principles of the resistance economy, relying on its internal strengths and the talents of its youth and added: “Iran will never retreat from its Islamic deals.”
His Eminence added those who fundamentally believe in the Islamic Republic of Iran and its ideology believe that Islam is the only method for the management of society, advancement and development.
Ayatollah Amoli-Larijani said that government officials need to take the issue of foreign interference in Iran seriously and listen to the Leader, adding that some believe that religion is a private affair and that social and economic planning should be separated from the realm of religion.
“They should know that one of the major areas of the enemies’ attempts at influencing Iran is to change the mentality of Iranian officials and to get them to accept the Western version of development,” the Iranian cleric said.
