Rasa – A prominent Iranian cleric noted that capability to spread justice as the major feature for a Muslim ruler defining the differences between an Islamic government and other ruling systems.

RNof the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, attended a prayer meeting in Mahallat County in Markazi province, hailed the Islamic Republic system and efforts of late Imam Khomeini for release of the people from former tyrant regime in Iran.A – Grand Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, the Secretary-General 
 
He referred to the United States as the current tyrant ruler and demanded a reason for aggressive policy of the US towards other countries.
 
The cleric criticized American policies in the Middle East and said, “The Americans are in pursuit of a strategy rather than direct confrontation with countries. They involve devoted forces who are trained by themselves in regional affairs.”
 
Ayatollah Araki rebuked the behaviour of some Arab rulers and their devotion to the US demanding, “Why should Saudi Arabia decrease the oil prices only as a confrontation with Iran? This is while they are the main loser of the deal though they maintain their wrong policies only because the US wants them to do so. This is neo-colonialism because the US empowers anyone who serves their interests the most.”
 
His Eminence compared the differences between Islamic governments with other ruling systems and said, “Islamic government emphasizes the capabilities for spread of justice and that is the quality for a jurisprudent which means a person with enough knowledge of Islamic justice and that is justice in economy, in culture and in policy.”
 
According to the scholar, if banks pursue Islamic methods then sanctions will be ineffective even if the whole world boycotts an Islamic country.
 
In conclusion, Ayatollah Araki touched upon the responsibilities of the Assembly of Experts and said, “In our country, the Supreme Leader is in charge of safeguarding the justice and the Assembly of Experts is in charge of choosing a leader who is just, capable, knowledgeable and wise; therefore, the Assembly of Experts, by itself, should include people who are able to choose such a leader for the country.”
