RNA – Speaking during his advanced jurisprudence class at Qom’s Grand Mosque, Grand Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani condemned the terrorist incidents which have occurred in various countries this week, including those in Beirut, Lebanon and France.

He stressed the actions of the Western powers, especially the United States, are main cause of the present tribulations facing the world, saying that some “savage” countries throughout the world assume that by creating terrorist groups and supporting Takfiris, they can keep Muslims occupied by causing problems in their countries and keep their own countries safe and secure.

The revered source of emulation stated: “The creators and supporters of this current phenomenon of violence and terror, must know that sooner or later the time will come and these same problems will come to them. Today, ISIL has become a plague for the people of the West.”

Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani said that the terrorist attacks which occurred on Friday night in France are the result of the improper and incorrect actions of Western leaders and added that the West should learn from their actions.

His Eminence pointed out that if Western countries, such as France, allowed Syria and Iraq to fight the terrorists and didn’t strengthen them, these Islamic nations and governments would be able to eradicate ISIL.

The teacher in the Islamic Seminary of Qom advised the worldwide Islamic community to unite and be vigilant against the plots of the evil enemies and added that Muslim countries should know that they can  only achieve dignity by preserving their unity and maintaining their vigilance against the enemies’ plots.

In conclusion, Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani referred to the Holy Quran, saying that Muslims must not sit back and allow the arrogant superpowers to attack them and then defend themselves, but rather they must have the strength to repel any danger they face.
