RNA – “The anniversary of the US embassy takeover in Iran is one of the ‘days of God’ and this day should be celebrated with greater glory and we should show our rage and hatred of the hegemonic and criminal United States.” Grand Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani said, speaking during his class at Qom’s Grand Mosque.
The revered source of emulation stated that the students work in capturing the “Den of Spies” was very important and added the late founder of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Sayyed Ruhollah Khomeini, celebrated this historical event in contrast to some who were worried about the consequences of capturing the American embassy by revolutionary university students, hailing the event as “a second revolution” with a greater significance than the original revolution for the Iranian nation.
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani explained that opposition to Islam and the Islamic Revolution by the arrogant powers will continue, saying: “We need to realize that the US is the leader of the imperialist and arrogant powers.”
He pointed out that the Iranian people know the US well, stating: “Imperialism, criminality and domination exists in the spirit of the American [government].”
The renowned teacher in the Islamic Seminary of Qom stressed that the US is using its agents to create discord between Islamic countries and the House of Saud is moving on the exact same path that the Americans have planned.
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani emphasized that Iran can never deal with the Americans and explained that those who think we can deal with them are wrong, because they have a spirit of imperialism and oppression in them which the foundations of our religion are not compatible with.
His Eminence considered unity, solidarity as the secrets of the power and dignity of the Islamic system of government in Iran. Imam Khomeini emphasized that discord among Muslims is like termites as it causes problems for society and leads to its collapse from within.
