RNA – In an interview with Rasa New Agency, Ayatollah Asadollah Imani, the representative of the Supreme Leader in the province of Fars, referred to Ayatollah Khamenei’s warning to Israel, wherein he stated that the Zionist state “will not exist in 25 years’ time,” and said the global arrogance has created and protected specific conditions in the Middle East for the interest of Israel.
“All the problems in western Asia have been created by the usurper Israel and it was necessary [for Ayatollah Khamenei] to issue a strong, confident and relevant warning so that the arrogant powers and the nations in the region can determine their future,” His Eminence told Rasa News.
Ayatollah Imani added that Israel’s actions today and tomorrow will not be sustainable in the future and said Ayatollah Khamenei’s comments were a warning to all governments, particularly governments in the Middle East, on account of their actions.
“The people of the world should pressure these [superpower] governments, which will not last another 30 years, in order to seal their fate,” he said.
He criticized those who refer to Islamic Revolutionary forces as “extremists” and “radicals” and added that governments must rule based on rationality because rationality is not compatible with extremism.
He added: “Islam is not a religion of backwardness or carelessness, but nor is it a liberal religion, which some individuals have introduced it as.”
Ayatollah Imani said that since the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was signed on July 14, some individuals have sought to use the current atmosphere to beautify the ugly and violent face of the US.
Ayatollah Imani explained that since the US became a superpower until today, it has worked against Muslims and the Islamic Republic of Iran. Now that they have claimed that they’ve changed and seek to and negotiate, we see that they are working against Iran’s interests in all areas. “It is naïve to forget the enemy with one smile and to separate the enemy from their animosity due to their simple retreat from a minor issue,” he said.
