RNA - The “heinous crime cannot be committed by a human,” Allam quoted by Cairo Post as saying.

He added that IS’s acts are “not condoned by Islam or the teaching of Prophet Mohamed, in addition to that they violate all international norms and law.”

On Tuesday, IS released an undated video purporting to show four chained Iraqis that had been suspended over fire and burned alive.

Dar al-Iftaa, which is affiliated with the largest Sunni institution in the Islamic world Al-Azhar, has formed a department to observe the teachings of extremist ideologies and counter them. Along with Al-Azhar, Dar al-Iftaa has embarked on several international meetings to address IS’s recruitment of young Muslims.
