RNA - Ayatollah Makarem made the remarks in a meeting with the Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-e Ravanchi in Qom.
Thank God 22 months negotiations set a record in history and did not bring negative result for Iran, said Ayatollah Makrem Shirazi.
The nuclear talks led to real dispute between their allies in the region such as Saudi Arabia and Zionist regime and caused rift among themselves -- should be regarded as another victory for Iran, he said.
Events should be analyzed through taking into consideration their margins, said the Ayatollah.
A good deal is a win-win deal as it is not possible that one side to grab all scores and left nothing for the other party, he said.
The text of the nuclear agreement deal is good one but all should exercise vigilance that the other party not to misuse it to its benefits, he said.
On relations with European and western governments, he said 'We are responsible to maintain the security of those who have established political ties with us even if they commit misconduct, to save their life and assets is compulsory for us, said Ayatollah Makarem.
Following storming UK embassy in Tehran, I sent a message to condemn it as its was Iran's responsibility to maintain security, said Ayatollah Makarem.
In his visit to Qom, Takht-e Ravanchi met with a number of religious leaders -- Ayatollah Jafar Sobhani and Hossein Nouri Hamedani and Fazel Lankarani.
