Iran, Belarus judicial cooperation

RNA - “Like Iran, Belarus has always been under Western pressure due to [its] independence and rejecting Western human rights principles,” Larijani said in a meeting with Belarusian Prosecutor General Koniuk Alexander Vladimirovich in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Saturday.

The Iranian official added that the West has always sought to impose its human rights principles on independent nations.

Larijani further called for an agreement between Tehran and Minsk on the extradition of criminals.

Vladimirovich also welcomed the call for expansion of judicial cooperation between the two countries.

The Belarusian official said his country is also ready to provide proper legal and judicial ground to increase economic exchanges between the two countries.
