RNA – Grand Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani, in his meeting with a group of government officials at His Eminences’ home in Mashhad mentioned Iran’s recently-concluded nuclear talks with the P5+1 group of countries saying: “We give our support to the negotiating team to accept an agreement which maintains the red lines of the [Iranian] Islamic system of governance and considers the greatness of this system, the Islamic Revolution and the Iranian people.”
He pointed to the red lines of the system in this area and emphasized: “We will never allow the Western powers to inspect our military facilities or interview with our scientists.”
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani referred to the bad reputation of the United States and of some European countries and stressed that that Iran’s history with these powers provides important advice for authorities, explaining that officials should proceed with caution in regard to the nuclear issue, because the enemies are have excessive demands and are not trustworthy.
He emphasized the importance of unity among all groups and classes in society and said that just as Iran’s Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei has emphasized, the nuclear issue should not cause discord and divisions in society because these issues will provide information which can be misused by Iran’s enemies and opponents as propaganda against the system.
The revered source of emulation also advised the authorities to serve their people more and prayed for their success in this area.
Also, during the meeting Governor Rashidian presented a report on the status of Khorasan-e Razavi province and on the nuclear negotiations, stressing that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action will provide tranquillity for the Iranian people and will also bring economic delegations to Iran.
