RNA - Sheikh Seyyed Reza Taghavi, member of the Friday prayer leaders' council, slammed Wahhabi ideology for its objective to spread Islamophobia views saying that liberal thoughts of the people cannot be denied by bombing the civilians, Taghrib News reported.
He said "Takfiri (excommunicating) Wahhabism, although shouting out motto of "God is the Greatest," commits heinous crimes and has to objective but creating a hatred of Islam among the world people."
He also referred to the critical situation in Yemen and noted," Freedom and honor of the people cannot be rejected by bombarding or killing the people." adding," Liberal Yemeni nation and a group of Ansar Allah members are the followers of late Imam Khomeini (RA) and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei."
Shia cleric also said, "There is the time that weaponry is counted as might while there is a time might has a spiritual nature and in this case late Imam Khomeini (RA) has been the mightiest figure of the contemporary era who has dominated the hearts of the people."
"Capabilities of the Islamic system and revolutionary ideologies created the inspiration for awakening of the Arab and Islamic countries and Al Saud and Wahhabi groups have to know that bombing and killing will never discourage people to achieve their freedom and honor." said the cleric in reference to the liberal moves of the people in Yemen, Syria and Iraq.
