In the Name of Allah, The Beneficent The Merciful
And they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in Allah, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise (Surah al-Burouj, Verse 8)
Once again, the hands of brutal crime and barbarity came out of the sleeves of extremism and spilled the blood of Muslim worshipers while saying their prayers in the house of Allah. The terrorists whose greatest crime is stealing the holy name of Islam, counts shedding the blood of believers to be permissible and they have not only targeted the lives of defenseless Muslims but the peace and security and interests of the Muslim community.
With the supports of the sworn enemies of Islam and unfortunately with the flag of Islam in the Islamic countries, the war machine of extremists have launched, shed the blood and causes destruction and chaos and fulfills the intentions of the enemies who are seeking to destroy Islam and humiliation and captivity of the Muslims.
I, hereby, ask all the honorable scholars and thinkers of the Islamic world to arise in these days of high adventure for all-around defending of the honor of Islam and brotherhood and peace of the Muslims and seek for a solution for their pains and sufferings of this community.
I express the greetings to the souls of the martyrs of this heart-rending incident and ask the Almighty Allah for health and healing of the injured people and also express my condolences to the survivors and all the noble people of al-Qatif.
I ask the Almighty Allah for His mercy and grace for the honor and dignity of the Muslims and warding off the guiles of the enemies of Islam and deceived fools.
