Rasa - The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, appreciated efforts to sustain peaceful solution for the Crisis in Yemen

RNA - Via his Facebook page, he said "As our position remains unchanged as to the rejection of the Arab, Islamic or regional conflicts that deplete their peoples and their capacities, we appreciate the efforts aiming at achieving peace in the brother Yemen and putting an end to the bloodshed there."

 

According to Iraq's local al-Forat News, he renewed his "Call for uniting the lines in Yemen and for quickly resuming the dialog to find a way out of the political crisis."

He assured that Iraqi volunteers represent the key part in defeating terrorism forces.

 

'The volunteers represent the main key in defeating terrorism forces and all sides who attempt to discredit their reputation will be exposed on public" Hakim said.
