RNA – The following is a summary of several of the sources of emulations’ recent statements on tomorrow’s 22nd of Bahman (February 11th) rallies.
Regarding the importance of the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, recently stressed that the Iranian people will prove to the world on the 22nd of Bahman (February 11th) that Iranians will never succumb to the arrogance and injustice of the arrogant powers, and also stressed that Iran will respond proportionally. The Iranian peoples’ participation will is a sign of their loyalty to the Islamic Revolution, the system of Wilayat al-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurisprudent) and Islamic religious values.
Ayatollah Naser Makarem-Shirazi stressed upon the need for the popular participation in the rallies and ceremonies commemorating the blessed Ten-Day Dawn and to protect the achievements of the revolution. He especially called on Iran’s youth to participate, saying: “There is no doubt that the Islamic Revolution in Iran changed the political map of the region and changed the regional equation.”
He emphasized the importance loyalty to the Islamic Revolution and its lofty ideals, saying that the 22nd of Bahman is a symbol of unity, empathy and solidarity in defence of the Islamic Revolution said that the enemies always seek to show that the Iranian people do not support the Islamic Revolution and are divided but emphasized that they will be disappointed when they see millions of Iranians from a broad section of society participating in the rallies.
Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani called the Iranian people to participate in the 22 Bahman rallies planned, stating that all Iranians should support the Islamic regime and declare their of innocence from the claims of enemies of Islam. By participating in the 22 Bahman rallies, they can to demonstrate their loyalty to the Islamic system of government and the system of Wilayat al-Faqih. He also stressed that due to the sensitive conditions in the Middle East, all Muslims need strengthen their unity and cohesion.
Ayatollah Ja’far Sobhani also stressed that the attendance and participation in demonstrations certifies the triumph of the Islamic Revolution – which was based on the principle of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil. He stated that Islamic system of governance is a divine grace for the people of Iran and it is the duty of the people to protect and defend it and not to spoil the grace which God has given Iran.
Ayatollah Abdollah Javadi-Amoli has addressed the Iranian people, telling them that they must defend their revolution as not to allow the enemies of Islam to think that the Iranian people have abandoned their revolution. He added that Iranians must maintain the blood of the martyrs and save the sanctity of the late Imam Khomeini (RA) by defending the revolution and supporting it because the Revolution represents the implementation of Islam itself.
Ayatollah Mohammad-Ali Alavi-Gorgani called the Iranian people to ardently demonstrate their loyalty to the Islamic Revolution and the Islamic system through participation in the 22nd of Bahman rallies and to demonstrate their appreciation of its divine grace and values. His Eminence emphasized that the Islamic system of governance is the best system in the world and emphasised the necessity of appreciating of this unique blessing. He also stated that the Islamic Revolution is completely based on Islamic jurisprudence.
