RNA - On the occasion of signing an agreement between the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and the Islamic Propagation Organization, the establishment of the International Quran Foundation in the near future was announced, Iran's Book News Agency reported.
Correspondent quoting from the Public Relations and Information Office of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Hashemi, Deputy of the Culture Islamic Culture and Relations Organization signed a research cooperation agreement on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 with the Islamic Propagation Organization and announced the establishment of the International Quran Foundation in the near future. He asserted that the research and training Deputy will follow the issue of education and research in this area while the International Affairs Deputy carries on the task of sending missionaries and the Holy Quran reciters (Gharies) to other countries. He further explained that these activities were carried on in a scattered manner in the past but are now going to be organized and centered in the International Quran Foundation which is due to be established soon.
