Rasa - A senior Lebanese cleric said that the only path that saves the Muslim Ummah is following the teachings and guidelines set by the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
RNA - “The Islamic Ummah is suffering from Fitnas (seditions), troubles and conflicts,” Chairman of Lebanese Higher Islamic Shia Council Sheikh Abdel Amir Qabalan said in his Friday prayers sermon, adding that in order to get rid of these problems it is necessary for Muslims to act upon the teachings of Islam and the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
He further referred to terrorist activities carried out in the name of Islam and underlined that Islam, which is the religion of peace, guidance, goodness and truth, has nothing to do with violence and terrorism.
Sheikh Qabalan also urged Muslims to present the true Islam to others in their conduct and interactions with others.
