Rasa News Agency Reports – “The Islamic Republic of Iran and Lebanon’s Hezbollah would never insult or spleen on Sunnis, but they respect them and have a good and constructive relationship with them”. Sheikh Maher Hammoud, the Friday preacher of the Al-Quds mosque of the Sidon district said, in a ceremony held in Sarfandin in the Zahrani area, to answer the recent misgivings about offending Shias and Sunnis.
He stated: “Those who claim they have Islam are going under the American flag and are getting out of the right way instead of adverting to the main identity of this religion and its dos and don’ts.”
Sheikh Maher Hammoud addressing the Sheikh Ahmad Assir, the Salafi’s extremist Sheikh, said: “Do not disrupt and confront the resistance path and affairs and get out of the Zionist regimes deployment which your dependency to it is obvious”.
The Sunni scholar stated: “Salafi’s consider the spiritual warfare as compulsory but they use it in a wrong way. And most of the actions they do as a spiritual warfare are not spiritual and instead of adhering to the rope of Allah they are adhering to the rope of America”.
