Rasa – After a deadly bomb blast in Pakistan Karachi city which martyred 60 Muslims, the Australian Muslim communities have organized a fundraising dinner to raise funds in order to donate it to the shaheed foundation in Pakistan.
Rasa News Agency Reports – A bomb blast which occurred in Karachi, Pakistan Abbas town 2 days ago has angered Shia Muslims towards the treatment the Shia Pakistani receive in Pakistan. The bomb which occurred at night in Abbas town martyred over 60 people and injured over 100 civilians.
This bomb has occurred after a meeting the Supreme leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Khamenei had with the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari in which the supreme leader had asked Mr. Zardari to take control of the security situation in Pakistan.
The Australian Muslim communities have organized a fundraising dinner on 17th of March 2013 in support of the families of those whose loved ones became martyred due to the bombing in Abbas Town Karachi.
The fundraising dinner is supposedly going to be held in Crowne Plaza Norwest Sydney with tickets ranging from $150 AUD to $1500 AUD which all profit made will be going to the Shaheed foundation in Pakistan.
This event is being supported by Al Zahra College, Imam Hassan Centre, Imam Ali Centre, Imam Hussein Islamic Centre, Muhammadi Welfare Association, Panjtan Society of Victoria, Al Mehdi Mosque and Progeny Islamic Publications.
