Rasa - Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board Sheikh-ul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh has stated members of the Islamic State (IS) to be non-Muslim.
RNA - He said it at today’s event on the coming month of Muharram, APA reports.
He said all actions of the IS members are contrary to Islam.
“For instance, they behead people saying “Allahu Akbar”. Where does Islam say to do so? It’s not Islam and these actions are not Islamic. As a matter of fact, it’s a terrorist organization,” he said.
