Ayatollah Sayed Abdullah Al-Gharifi
Rasa News Agency Reports – Ayatollah Sayed Abdullah Al-Gharifi, one of the Bahraini scholars, in his address in the Imam Sadiq Mosque in the city of Qaful yesterday, in mentioning the inconsistence of calling for dialogue and cracking-down on protests by the Al-Khalifa regime said:  “If Al-Khalifa were insisting on solving the political crisis based on talks, they would finish the violence because with the crack-downs and eradications going on, there is no room for consultations and talks.”
He added: “While the Bahraini media’s talking about the gravity of the regime for dialogue, the truth is something else and we are witnessing continuation of the latest crack-downs and violent comportment. People will comply with the meaningful and serious dialogue that is in line with getting out of the crisis and rescuing the country.”
Ayatollah Gharifi criticized the Al-Khalifa regime harshly saying: “We’re still calling for reform and development of the situation in the country, but with the continuation of the current situation and lack of respect for the people’s opinions, we can’t be optimistic about the future”
“This revolution doesn’t pertain to a specific tribe at all and all of these charges and defamations to the Bahraini revolutionary movement are away from truth.” Said Ayatollah Al-Gharifi, criticizing the tribal perspectives for the Bahraini revolution.
The Bahraini scholar, at the end of his address mentioned: “The Bahraini innocent voice could reach the world, impose their will to the Al-Khalifa regime and force them to dialogue. Dialogue and consultation with the Al-Khalifa regime never means the END for the popular protests.”
