RNA – Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Mohammad-Ali Alavi-Gorgani has met with a group of officials and soldiers of a special unit. In a speech to them, His Eminence emphasized on understanding and committing to their duties. “Everyone should know their responsibilities and should not fall short on fulfilling them. The failure to fulfill one’s commitments and responsibilities will result in punishments on the Day of Judgement,” he warned.
In regards to the blessings the Islamic Republic of Iran has witnessed since its 1979 Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Alavi-Gorgani stated that the Iranian system is the best system in the world and that even analysts and foreign journalists have admitted the blessings of security and peace in the Islamic Republic of Iran. “Of course, there are problems in Iran just as there are in every country but Iran is in a better condition than many other countries,” the renowned professor of the Islamic Seminary of Qom stated according to Rasa News Agency.
“The blessings of the peace and security in Iran are due to the struggle of Iran’s armed forces and their commitment to the Islamic system of government. When the armed forces are committed to the system, the country will remain in the cradle of peace and security. However, if there is treachery, then there will be tensions,” Ayatollah Alavi-Gorgani explained.
“The people of this nation should appreciate the Islamic system of governance, its leadership, the sources of emulation and scholars and its armed forces, because it is due to the struggle of these groups that Iran has peace and security,” he added.
