Rasa News Agency reports – An international conference in support of Palestine’s anti-Israeli resistance movement will bring clerics from the whole Islamic world together in the Iranian capital, Tehran, within the next few days.
The forthcoming conference will be held on September 9 and 10, with some 400 participants expected to discuss the Palestinian people’s resistance against Zionist regime. 200 Muslim clerics from different countries along with 200 Iranian scholars are scheduled to attend the conference. The Union of Resistance Clerics will be also established on the sidelines of the conference.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Dr. Ali Larijani and Chairman of the Expediency Council Ali-Akbar Hashemi-Rafsanjani are planned to deliver speeches at the opening of the conference.
In recent years, the concept of resistance has attracted a great deal of attention across the Muslim world.
