Rasa – The university and seminary professor stated that after the issuing of the jihad fatwa by Ayatollah al-Sistani, Iraqis witnessed the formation the Popular Mobilization Forces and said that the formation of this militia has changed the equation in the fight against terrorists to the benefit of the Iraqi people.
