Rasa - SACRAMENTO - Gov. Jerry Brown has signed a bill authored by Assemblymember Das Williams (D-Carpinteria), designed to address potential bullying, harassment, and intimidation of Arab, Middle Eastern, Muslim, Sikh, and South Asian students.
