Rasa - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that the Saudi regime is funding Daesh (ISIL or ISIS) and Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, formerly known as al-Nusra Front, warning that the terrorist groups would one day come back to haunt the kingdom.
