Rasa - A political analyst said on Sunday that there is no guarantee that the long-awaited deal Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry have inked to put an end to violence in Syria, would be abided by militant groups backed by the US and some other foreign countries.
