Rasa - United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Stephen O'Brien expressed deep concern over the crises facing the Middle East region, Yemen in particular, saying that 80% of people in the war-hit Arab country are in dire need of humanitarian assistance.
