Rasa - Major General Hossein Hamedani, a sophisticated strategist serving in the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), who was martyred by the ISIL terrorist while in an advisory mission in Syria, was laid to rest in his home city, west of Iran, on Monday.
