Rasa – A Lebanese Shi’ite scholar living in Ivory Coast stated in his speechn that if a decree issued by Imam Khomeini mobilized 20 million people, a decree from Ayatollah Khamenei can mobilize the whole world adding that “Ayatollah Khamenei is the leader of the Muslims of the world.
