Rasa – In a ceremony marking the beginning of the new academic year at the Islamic Semi nary of Qom, Ayatollah Bushehri told seminarians at Qom’s famous Madrassah al-Faydhiyah Qom to use their limited time in the seminary wisely as they have been given opportunities that they may never see again in their lifetimes.
