Hujjat al-Islam Vatankhah considered Wilayat al-Faqih and Shi’ism as a continuation of the ‎wilayah of Imam Ali and emphasized, “The Islamic Revolution and the formation of a ‎religious government in Iran were based on the teachings of Ghadir.”‎
