President of the Palestinian Authority (PA) Mahmoud Abbas has slammed Israel for “insisting on destroying” agreements with Palestinians, saying he will not accept “dictates” from the US administration, which has been unilaterally pushing a controversial plan on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
