Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif stressed that his country will not let Washington go unpunished if it dares to designate the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization, and warned that Tehran will be prepared for a tough reciprocal response.
