Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali al-Hakim said that his country will not heed the US call for dissolving Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), also known as Hashd al-Sha'abi, asserting that Baghdad will not permit anybody to interfere in this issue.
