Rasa - At least 11 civilians, mostly women and children, have lost their lives and dozens more have been wounded when the US -led coalition purportedly fighting the Takfiri Daesh terrorist group bombarded residential areas in Syria’s embattled eastern province of Dayr al-Zawr.
