Rasa - Lebanon's Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri said Tel Aviv and Washington lack the needed power and capability to stand to the vast and dire repercussions of a wide-scale war in the region, an implied warning to the US and Israel to think twice before a next assault on Syria.
