Rasa - Being unpredictable and erratic is an integral part of US foreign policy tactics. What’s even clearer to see in places like Syria, particularly in Afrin, is that those unpredictable tactics extend to the nature of their alliances with Kurds and other terror proxy groups like ISIL and Al-Qaeda.
