Rasa - An Arab TV channel said Iran's IRGC Quds Force Commander Major General Qassem Soleimani came to pick up leadership in the capture of ISIL's last stronghold, Albu Kamal, after the US staged a sophisticated plot to force the Syrian army back and win the upper hand in the region.
