Rasa – Speaking at the international Union of Resistance Scholars in Beirut, Head of Iran’s Islamic Seminary’s office for International Relations stated, “Building the culture of resistance is a key issue and requires the formation of a secretariat composed of elites and scholars of the Islamic world.”

Rasa – Hujjat al-Islam Kouhsari said, “International activities are considered as a top priority in the Islamic Seminaries. Activities such as teaching Islamic courses and attending interfaith conferences cannot be achieved without the presence of the seminaries.”
