Rasa - Syria’s Deputy UN Ambassador Mounzer Mounzer, in a letter to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, urged the international body to do its best to prevent US air raids on the war-hit country's infrastructures, including dams and bridges over the Euphrates River.
