Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Sadr ad-Din Qabbanchi, the leader of Najaf Friday prayer called the Zionist Regime as the cause of all regional problems and reiterated that the demolition of Israel will be the remedy to all regional problems. According to the correspondent of Rasa News Agency in the holy city of Najaf, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Sadr ad-Din Qabbanchi, delivering the sermons of this week Friday prayer in Fatima Kubra (S) Hussainia, commended the recent step taken by the Iraqi government for averting war and defusing tensions, he then pointed to the seizure of the Iranian tanker by the UK and stated, “Arrogant powers should treat our people humbly.”
Decrying the normalization of ties with the Zionist Regime, he praised the Iraqi athlete’s act of avoiding the competition with the Israel athlete and stated, “What he did is a source of pride and dignity.”
He added, “The Israeli foreign minister invited Arab journalists to visit the arrogated lands, however, Palestinian people vehemently responded to this action. We strongly condemn any normalization of relations with the Zionist Regime, as Israel is the principal problem of the region and its demolition will be the remedy to all regional maladies.”
