Pointing to the movement started for reviving the Islamic civilization, he said, “The whole world attempts to keep Muslims in ignorance. Our main responsibility is reviving the Islamic culture, and the chief task in this regard should be discharged by the top students.”
He reiterated, “Having links with up-to-date scientific sources and journals is the main factor leading to the development. Workshops should be held for acquainting students with such journals.”
Finally, Hujjat al-Islam Rabbani maintained, “It is the responsibility of the Research Counselling Centre of women seminaries to acquaint seminary students with the new scientific advances, sources and journals.”
