His message reads:
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
To God we belong, and to Him we will return
The decease of the grand scholar, the indefatigable combatant, Ayatollah Mohseni, was sad news. I extend condolences to Afghanistan Seminary, the scholars of that land and his family, and pray he may find a high position before Heaven.
